1. The meeting was called to order at 6:40 PM by President Bea Roberson.

2. MSP approval of the Minutes after correcting Lynne Scarpa and Chief Magnus’ names of the General Meeting of November 8, 2010.

3. Representatives from the following 12 neighborhoods introduced themselves and gave a report: Cortez/Stege, Fairmede/Hilltop, Laurel Park, May Valley, N&E, Panhandle Annex, Pt. Richmond, Pullman, Richmond Hts., Richmore Vill./Met. Sq., Santa Fe, and Country Club Vista.

4. Announcements from RNCC PIO:  No announcements but Janie Holland passed around the sign up sheet for food for 2011.

5. City Department Heads/City Official Reports:

   Planning:  Lamont Thompson distributed the list of planning projects under review and Director of Planning & Building Richard Mitchell spoke.

   Engineering Services: Edric Kwan was present and passed out 2011 calendars.

   Mayor’s office:  both Mayor McGaughlin and Marilyn Langlois were present.

   City Manager/Community Coordinator: Both Bill Lindsay and Rochelle Monk were present.

   Police Department: Deputy Chief Brown was present.

   Environmental Manager: Lynn Scarpa was not present.

   Public Works: Yader Bermudez was not present.

   City Council: City Council-elect Corky Booze and Jonvanka Beckles were present.

6. Presentation: City Clerk Diane Holmes was present and installed the 2011 RNCC officers.

The next General meeting is January 10,2011 and the next Board Meeting is January 17, 2010.
