NEW BUSINESS: Black History Celebration 2025, We hope to make this an annual event at our February RNCC meeting.
For Black History Month, the RNCC is honoring three of their long time neighborhood council Presidents:
Myrtle Braxton, Laurel Park NC
Joe Fisher, Coronado NC
Naomi Williams, Pullman NC
Please join the Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council in honoring these long time Presidents and volunteers in Richmond!
