Heather Kulp, Chevron. The company wants to establish communication on a regular basis both with RNCC and individual Neighborhood Councils.
Fred Stevens, Boy Scout Troop 2. Scoutmaster Stevens will describe the Scout’s public safety merit badge and ask for adult volunteers.
Todd Stevens, WCCUSD. Discussion of a planning effort for which public involvement is sought.
