5.  Presenting the RNCC Gavel to Incoming President Bea Roberson-Outgoing      President Loynd.  Accepting the RNCC Gavel-Bea Roberson.

6.  Presentations to 2009 Outgoing Officers: Eleanor Loynd; President, Paul Miao: Corresponding Secretary, Sandi Genser-Maack; Recording Secretary.-Incoming President Bea Roberson.

7.  Introduction of City Department Heads and City Officials (2 minutes each): Planning, Public Services, Mayor’s Office, City Manager/Community Affairs Coordinator, Police Department, Fire Department, WCC Unified School District.-Bea Roberson, 2010 President.
