4. MINUTES of of September 8th, 2008 General Meeting-Approved unanimously.
5. NEIGHBORHOOD REPORTS: Carriage Hills North, Fairmede/Hilltop, Iron Triangle, Laurel Park, May Valley, North & East, Panhandle Annex, Parchester Village, Point Richmond, Pullman, Quail Hill, Richmond Annex, Richmond Heights, Santa Fe.

6,000 Graffiti tags removed since Program’s inception, 121 volunteers; November 8, next Cleanup Day.

No recent homicides. Biggest improvement in armed robberies and general crime is the Iron Triangle.
Gang Task Force getting good results; indictments are in the works.
Introduction of new Code Enforcement Manager, Tim Higares.
Announcement of 3 Code Enforcement enhancements to the City Ordinance scheduled for the 10/21/08 City Council Agenda.
WEST CONTRA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT: Dr. Bruce Harter, speaker.
Discussion of Measure D on upcoming November 4th ballot.

Update on the site development of Campus Bay. Willing to come to Neighborhood Councils for presentations on the project.
